I am using a notebook (proBook 4530s), with Windows 7, 64-bit, and in the device manager I get a yellow exclamation mark in Network controller even after downloading and installing the respective driver Atheros / Realtek Wireless LAN Driver(s). The driver packacge extracts itself and there is no confirmation of finishing the setup.

The problem started after a BIOS update by the hp support assistant on my pc

Hi:

Please go to the device manager, click on the network controller with the little yellow ! mark and post the hardware ID for it.

If you don't know how to find a hardware ID, please read the info at the link below.
