Msi Motherboard Serial Number Location
Hey!
I have recently encountered an issue with my AMD Radeon R9 280X 3GB, I contacted MSI and they instantly agreed to giving me a refund. They asked me to provide the Serial Number of my card following the format: 602-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx I could not see anything of the sort on my card, is it even located there?
I did see a sticker saying 'S/N: DC**********' and provided them with this instead.
They replied and said:
'Dear jacob
Could you please check for the serial number, we cannot validate it
It should be 10 digits : DC********** (this is the same as the one i provided)
Or otherwise the long serial number starting with 601-xxxxx-xxxxxxx (it now has a '1' instead of a '2')

I'm not entirely sure what they're asking me..? I provided them with the exact same 2 letter, 10 digit code; however it did not seem to work..
Can anyone shed some light, please?
