thank you very much, that solved the problem but if you please i have a problem installing the vga driver, i installed it but when i go to device mannager i see a yallow label on the vga driver and an error code ( Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) )

IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE (AMD RADEON HD 7400M SERIES ).

im not sure if it is the propper driver for hp pavilion dv6 beats audio ( win 7 64 ).

note: when i boot in safe mode i see the driver installed correctly . but when i boot normaly it hase that yallow label and error code .

You're very welcome.

I would need to know the full model number of your dv6 to get you the right video driver and audio driver.

You only install the amd graphics driver for your model. It installs both the AMD and Intel graphics drivers.

Never install the Intel driver by itself.

sorry to tell you that i dont know the full model and i dont know where i can find it .. i looked all over my laptop i didnt find anything except dv6 beats audio .
do you have any sugestion ?

im also facing a problem installing the proper driver for the keyboard it is working but the second functions are not .
