Is There A Generic Network Controller Driver
Feb 14, 2017 - It can be frustrating after reinstalling Windows to find your network adapter has not automatically had its driver installed. If you have no driver.
- Apr 27, 2017 - After you do a complete fresh install of Windows 7, if you cannot access internet, it's most probably that network drivers are removed.
- Installs Intel® Network Adapter drivers release 23.5.1 for Windows 7*. Intel® Network Adapter Driver for Windows 7*. Intel® 82567 Gigabit Ethernet Controller.

As I was looking over you system specs... (ok, a little sarcasm, but)
would you be so good as to fill out your system specs.
I realize that you will need to go to another computer to download SPECCY.
Download speccy, then use sneakernet (in other words, copy to usb stick, put usb stick into your computer, copy to a location of your choice on your computer, then run the file you downloaded).
Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec (left-hand column)
To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) orSIW or System Info
Add the word laptop or desktop or netbook to the
“system manufacturer” block, for example,
Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.
Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc
Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.
Now one way to find out more about your computer, and even without using speccy, is:
MSINFO32.EXE or DXDIAG.EXE or going to a command prompt and typing SystemInfo.exe
At the tail-end of systeminfo.exe will be info on your network cards.
Installs base drivers, Intel® PROSet for Windows Device Manager*, advanced networking services (ANS) for teaming & VLANs, and SNMP for Intel® Network Adapters for Windows XP*. These downloads do NOT support Microsoft Windows XP for Intel® Itanium® processors.
Which file should you download?
PRO2K3XP_32.exe for 32-bit editions of Windows XP.
PRO2K3XP_x64.exe for 64-bit (x64) editions of Windows XP.
FINAL RELEASE supporting Microsoft Windows XP. Microsoft Windows XP is not supported in software versions higher than version 18.3
NOTE: Microsoft Windows XP is not supported on 10-gigabit Intel® Ethernet Server Adapters.
Download the self-extracting archive and run it. When you run it, it will extract the files to a temporary directory, run the installation wizard, and remove the temporary files when the installation is complete. All language files are embedded in this archive. You do not need to download an extra language pack.
See readme.htm if you want to extract the files without installing and for other methods of installing the drivers and software.
This software may also apply to Intel® Ethernet Controllers. Support for built-in network connections is provided by the system or board manufacturer.
